By creating an account, downloading, or using the Sanathan X app mobile application and support pages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all provisions within this document, you are not authorized to use the application or its synchronizing services.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access full functionalities such as shared calendars and cloud backup syncs, you must set up an account using standard credentials (such as Google Sign-In or phone number verification). You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated profile information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of login details and security credentials.
- Promptly inform us of any suspicious activity or unauthorized use of your account.
3. User-Created Vows (Sankalpas) & Logs
Sanathan X app allows users to register spiritual resolutions (Sankalpas), design routine habits, and log completions (Nitya Karma). You represent and warrant that:
- All text, milestones, and details inputted into your schedules comply with applicable laws.
- You will not upload, sync, or transmit any offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content in shared titles or events.
4. Shared Calendars & Invitation Policy
Sanathan X app enables multi-calendar linkages where calendar creators can invite participants to collaboratively check or add events.
Collaboration Guidelines
Members invited to a shared calendar are granted permissions determined by the creator. If you distribute invite links, anyone using them will gain visibility to the calendar. Calendar creators reserve the absolute right to remove members, and any member can choose to leave a shared calendar at any point.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software elements, application code (specifically Flutter architectures and custom widgets), brand elements, text, layout structures, coordinate calculations, graphics, logos, and custom designs are the exclusive property of Sanathan X and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
6. Astrological & Panchangam Data Disclaimer
Sanathan X app provides precise astronomical, muhurta, and daily Panchang (Tithi, Masa, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana) details derived using geographic coordinates.
Calculation Variance Notice
While we calculate these timings with extreme care based on standard astrological equations, astronomical variances or regional calculation choices (e.g. Amavasyanta vs. Purnimanta structures) can result in variances. These details are offered solely for spiritual and reference purposes. We make no guarantees concerning the absolute correctness of timings for precise rituals.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Sanathan X, its team, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application, scheduling discrepancies, missed notifications, or data synchronization lapses.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to your account and shared calendar synchronization services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unauthorized activity.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and any arising disputes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ujjain, India to resolve any legal concerns arising from using this service.
